Key facts & target profile
Overview
This 18-month Master’s programme is taught over two semesters of taught core modules, followed by a third semester dedicated to the Master’s thesis. The curriculum is designed to blend strategic, financial and people-focused perspectives on business, preparing graduates for leadership and management roles across international organisations. Small seminar-style classes (typically no more than 15 students) encourage discussion, personalised feedback and team-based learning.
Core modules and learning outcomes
The core syllabus covers a broad range of management disciplines: Strategy; Management Accounting; Finance & Accounting; Economics; Entrepreneurial Management; International Marketing & Psychology; Managing Business Processes; Managing Teams & People; and Managing Organisations & Change. Together these modules develop abilities to formulate and implement strategy, interpret financial information for decision-making, analyse markets and consumer behaviour in cross-cultural settings, design and optimise business processes, and lead teams through organisational change. By the end of the programme students should be able to think and act strategically, manage financial and operational resources, launch or support entrepreneurial initiatives, and lead people effectively in international business environments.
Quick facts (requirements and structure)
This programme requires two core admissions criteria: a completed undergraduate degree carrying at least 210 ECTS credits, and a minimum of 24 months of relevant professional work experience in business obtained after graduation. Short-term student internships or summer jobs do not count toward the work-experience requirement.
If your prior degree was awarded outside the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS), you should check equivalency—many international credit systems can be converted to ECTS or will be evaluated by the admissions office. Make sure your bachelor's diploma and transcript clearly show the total credits or duration so the equivalence can be assessed.
Work experience must be post-graduation and related to business or management activities. Prepare to document your employment history with dated contracts, employer reference letters or pay slips that state your role and duration. If in doubt about whether a particular role meets the “relevant” criterion, contact admissions for clarification before applying.
