This full-time, 18-month accredited master’s programme is designed to prepare proactive, interculturally aware managers, consultants and entrepreneurs for the global business environment. It aims to build leaders who can operate in dynamic international markets by combining broad management knowledge with a specific focus on international trade. The programme places equal importance on professional expertise and the soft skills needed to lead diverse teams across borders.
The curriculum blends core theoretical subjects—Economics, Management, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Law and Statistics—with hands-on modules such as Project Management, Entrepreneurial Management and Leadership & Management Skills. Teaching relies on interactive methods (case studies, e‑learning and multimedia tools) and real-world problem solving to develop practical, creative solutions. An international faculty of academics and industry professionals, together with a student body from many countries and academic backgrounds (from economics to technical fields), reinforces the programme’s global, practice-oriented profile and fosters intercultural teamwork, communication and leadership competencies.
Key facts
Overview
This three-semester curriculum builds core management skills with a clear international trade focus. The first two semesters concentrate on foundational tools — economic policy, quantitative methods, accounting and finance, business law, marketing and management — while the third semester emphasizes strategy and application through a management simulation. A two-part corporate project runs across semesters one and two to give hands-on experience managing real or simulated international business initiatives.
Key learning outcomes
Students learn to analyze global economic environments and apply empirical and statistical methods to business problems; interpret international financial statements and assess investment decisions; navigate legal frameworks affecting cross-border commerce; and design marketing and management strategies for multinational contexts. The program also develops leadership and project-management competencies, culminating in strategic decision-making practice via a management game that simulates complex international business scenarios. Elective options let students tailor their profile toward HR, controlling/reporting, logistics, or entrepreneurship.
How this benefits international students
Instruction combines theory, case studies, quantitative analysis and applied projects to prepare graduates for roles in international trade, corporate finance, consulting, supply chain management or launching ventures. The multinational orientation and practical project work help develop the intercultural and managerial skills employers seek in global business environments.
