This MBA prepares you to lead and make decisions in today’s increasingly globalised business environment. Building on a business-related bachelor’s degree and at least one year of postgraduate work experience, the programme sharpens analytical and methodological skills so graduates can support company internationalisation, work confidently in foreign or multinational firms, and perform effectively in cross-border negotiations and communication.
You will develop practical capabilities across core international management areas: applying cross-cultural management in negotiation, marketing and leadership; designing strategies to grow and sustain profitability in foreign markets; and using statistical tools and modelling to support managerial decisions. The programme also strengthens presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills so you can communicate proposals and lead teams with greater confidence.
The curriculum addresses specialised international topics relevant to global careers: international trade and exchange-rate drivers, capital flows, financial management and risk in global markets, global supply-chain design and logistics, and the use and implementation of information systems in relation to strategy and organisation. It also covers sustainability in transport and supply chains, international business law and contract practice, tax considerations for internationally active firms, and process, project and quality management techniques for value creation in globally operating companies.

This full-time MBA is taught in intensive block modules across three semesters, combining core business foundations with specialised international topics and practical skill development. In the first semester you build professional and personal capabilities (Professional Development, Personal Skills Development) and develop intercultural competence (Culture and Cross-Cultural Management). Core responsible-business topics such as Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Ethics / Sustainable Development sit alongside people management (Human Resources and Diversity Management) and strategic subjects (Global Management; Strategic Management & Globalisation; Organising International & Global Business). The program also covers the regulatory and financial framework of international business with modules including International Legal and Tax Framework, International Business Law, International Taxation Systems, International Financial Management, Global Finance and International Accounting.
The second semester focuses on implementation and analytical skills. You study Project and Quality Management (Projects in International Business; Process and Quality Management) and macro-/market-level subjects like Global Economics and Trade Theory & Policy. Financial markets and FX are addressed in International Capital Markets and Exchange Rates. Data-driven decision making is taught through Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS) and Quantitative Methods. Operations and sustainability are emphasised in Logistics & Operations Management and Sustainable Supply Chain / Logistics and Sustainable Supply Chain Management. Students also choose electives to tailor their profile — examples offered include Entrepreneurship; Risk Management; Digital Transformation (Interactive Marketing & Social Media); Marketing and Management; and Leadership.
The program culminates in an independent Thesis with an oral defence during the third semester; an internship is optionally available to gain hands‑on international experience. Altogether the curriculum is designed to produce managers who can lead across borders: they combine cross‑cultural and ethical awareness with legal/tax fluency, financial and accounting competence, quantitative and IT skills, and practical expertise in projects, operations and sustainable supply chains.

Programme requirements (concise)
You must already hold an academic Bachelor's degree in a business-related subject from an accredited university. This means your undergraduate qualification should be focused on business disciplines or include substantial business coursework (for example: management, economics, finance, marketing).
In addition, you need a minimum of one year of post-graduate, business-related work experience — i.e., at least one year of professional employment in a business role after completing your Bachelor’s. This practical experience is expected to contribute to class discussions and group work.

Graduates are prepared for management roles in internationally active companies, including positions in international business development, cross-cultural management, global strategy, international finance, taxation and compliance, and logistics/supply chain management. The programme’s blend of finance, law, analytics and sustainability equips alumni for roles in multinationals, export/import firms, logistics providers, consulting firms and government or non-governmental organisations involved in international trade.
The optional six-month internship in Germany and the programme’s project-oriented modules increase employability by providing practical experience and local industry networks. Given the entry requirement of at least one year of post-graduate work experience, graduates typically move into mid-level managerial or specialist roles or accelerate progression within their current organisations.
