This programme lets you earn two master’s degrees by studying in two countries within a compact timeframe — either one year (fast track) or 18 months — alongside an international cohort. You pick one of four specialisations offered at partner institutions in different countries, so you can tailor the second half of your studies to fit your career goals and gain direct experience of another academic and business environment. Classes and group work bring together students from around the world, creating broad networking and intercultural learning opportunities.
The curriculum builds a global management foundation through core modules that focus on finance, analytics, marketing, strategy and people management, with an optional leadership course. Depending on the specialisation you select, the second part of the programme concentrates on functional expertise such as international marketing, finance, logistics or sustainable risk management. The structure is explicitly career-oriented and designed to foster critical analysis of what makes organisations competitive on the international stage.
This dual-degree MBA is internationally accredited by EFMD, and its international format places equal emphasis on theoretical frameworks and their practical application across borders — a distinct advantage if you plan a career in multinational corporations, international consulting, supply chain, finance or marketing.
Key facts
This programme is structured around mobility within the International Business School Alliance (IBSA). In the first semester you complete the programme’s core modules either at our campus or at one of the IBSA partner universities. After the first semester you relocate to a different IBSA partner university and country to take the specialisation modules and to write your Master’s thesis.
Because the core modules are identical at every partner university, you receive a consistent academic foundation regardless of which campus you start at. This alignment simplifies credit transfer and ensures all students share the same baseline knowledge before moving on to a country-specific specialisation and research project.
Key learning outcomes center on building a unified set of business administration competencies through the core modules, then deepening expertise and research abilities during the specialisation and thesis phase. The two-campus model also develops intercultural experience, international networking, and adaptability by studying and researching in two different countries and academic environments.

Graduates are prepared for international management careers across functions such as marketing, finance, logistics & supply chain, and risk management. The dual-degree format and mobility between partner universities broaden graduates' international networks and cultural competence, making them attractive to multinational corporations, international financial institutions, and global consultancies.
Given the programme's core modules (e.g., Multinational Financial Management, Business Analytics, Global Marketing Strategies) and the requirement for applicants to have prior professional experience, alumni are well positioned to move into mid- to senior-level roles—such as international marketing manager, financial analyst/manager, supply chain manager, risk analyst, or management consultant—where cross-border strategic and leadership skills are required.
