In a world where digital technologies constantly reshape markets and operations, organisations must rethink their business models and drive continuous innovation to stay competitive. This programme equips you to lead and manage such (digital) transformation by treating it as the integration of digital processes across all areas of a company. You will study the full business lifecycle — from founding and growth to consolidation and restructuring — with a clear focus on how digitalisation changes strategy, processes and organisational setup. The course is well suited whether you plan to launch your own venture or take charge of an existing company.
At the International Graduate Center (IGC) you will combine theory and practice: examine scientific frameworks, analyse case studies, participate in multi-perspective discussions and design application-oriented solutions. Core subject areas include emerging technologies, data-driven decision-making, business process optimisation, organisational change management and improving customer experience. The programme also lets you pursue an individual transformation project, so you can specialise in an area that matches your career interests and gain hands-on experience in applying digital transformation concepts.
Taught in English, the course emphasises practical managerial skills and innovation-oriented thinking, preparing you to translate digital opportunities into tangible business improvements across functions and industries.
