This English-taught MBA (Master of Arts) blends rigorous academic theory with hands-on practice to prepare you for leadership roles in business. The curriculum is regularly connected to industry through company excursions, real-world case studies, expert workshops and guest lectures, ensuring you apply contemporary management and economic knowledge to practical challenges. The programme is available both full-time and part-time to fit different career stages and schedules.
The course concentrates on four core areas: leading yourself and teams, business activity and process management, business analytics and performance management, and business innovation including transformation and renewal. Core modules include topics such as global skills and local insights, financial and performance topics, leadership and influence, sustainable operations, organisational change, marketing’s future, and an innovation toolkit—many delivered through experiential, project-based learning.
Assessment is based on case studies, project work and written examinations. Students normally write the Master’s thesis during the third semester. For international applicants, the English instruction and strong employer linkages make this programme suitable for those aiming to move into or advance within management positions in an international business environment.
The MBA begins with a hands-on Social Impact Challenge during the MBA Onboarding Week: small teams work on a real-life case from a local company, then present and compete with their solutions. This intensive start fast-tracks practical experience in problem solving, team collaboration and business communication right from day one.
Core study areas combine in-depth economics, practical management skills and intercultural competence alongside modules that support personal and leadership development. These strands are designed to give you both the analytical foundations and the soft skills needed for managerial roles—covering strategy, organizational behaviour, cross-cultural teamwork and individual leadership growth.
You can complete the programme full-time or part-time. The full-time MBA runs over two semesters and offers an accelerated path to advancing your career. The part-time option extends the same curriculum across up to four semesters, letting you continue working and earning (without loss of salary) while completing the full study experience at a slower pace.
