Overview
This master's programme bridges management theory and research with practical, professionally oriented specialisations. Coursework combines interdisciplinary theoretical modules with hands-on learning through case studies and project work, while also developing presentation, teamwork and other soft skills useful for the workplace. Teaching is designed to let you apply theoretical concepts directly to real-world problems and to sharpen a career-focused profile.
The programme runs for a standard period of four semesters (120 ECTS). It is structured to provide a broad, holistic grounding in management through core modules while allowing deepening in one or more applied areas via electives. You can also follow a general track without a formal specialisation, and there are formal options to study abroad or complete a double degree (contact programme coordinators for details).

The programme assesses applicants both on academic background and on demonstrated managerial potential. You must either take the programme’s admission test (to verify required prior knowledge) or supply an accepted GMAT score: at least 600 on the traditional GMAT or at least 565 on the GMAT Focus Edition. In addition to test results, your Bachelor’s performance, relevant work experience and qualifying stays abroad are used as selection criteria.
When claiming work experience or study-abroad credit, you must provide supporting documentation by the application deadline. Work experience is converted into full‑time equivalents (FTE) and only business-related or comparable professional experience is counted; routine school tutoring and school internships are explicitly excluded. For stays abroad to be scored, the period must have been in a foreign language relevant to business, and you must document dates, location (country) and activities (for example, course lists for a semester abroad); language courses, work-and-travel, au pair placements and student-exchange programmes are not eligible.
Admission is a two-stage point-based process. Stage 1 combines Bachelor’s academic performance (maximum 50 points) and the admission test/GMAT result (maximum 30 points). Applicants who reach 65 points or more after stage 1 are admitted immediately; those under 45 points are rejected. Applicants scoring between 45 and 64 points proceed to stage 2, where up to 10 points are available for relevant professional experience and up to 10 points for qualifying stays abroad. A final total of at least 65 points (stages 1 + 2) is required for admission.
Admission requirements (bullet summary)
Please ensure all supporting documents for work experience and stays abroad are submitted by the programme’s application deadline to be eligible for scoring.
Graduates are prepared for management and specialist roles across diverse sectors such as consulting, finance, marketing, supply chain, entrepreneurship, digital transformation, healthcare management and sustainable management. The programme's combination of theoretical foundations, elective specialisations and practical project work equips students with analytical, leadership and presentation skills sought by employers.
Selecting a thematic focus (e.g., financial management, strategic management, or value creation & digital transformation) sharpens graduates' professional profiles for targeted career paths. The programme also provides a solid basis for those wishing to pursue further academic research or a doctorate, although it is primarily oriented toward professional practice and leadership roles in business organisations.
