Program overview
This MSc in Management blends a foundation of core courses with specialised tracks and hands-on experience to prepare you for leadership roles in business. The curriculum pairs academic modules with practical exposure — internships, company and consultancy projects — facilitated by the school’s extensive global professional network. That combination is designed to help you apply theory to real-world problems and accelerate career entry.
Specialisations and practical opportunities
You can focus on one of several concentrations that provide in-depth knowledge and skills in a particular area: Global Strategy; Strategic Communication and Leadership; Digital Business, Technology & Operations; and Data & Business Analytics. As part of these tracks you will have opportunities to engage directly with organisations—visiting established corporations and startups and participating in company projects—so you gain insight into different organisational contexts and industry practices.
Why this programme is relevant for international students
The programme is delivered in English and emphasises practical career preparation through industry links and internships, which can be particularly valuable for international students seeking work experience in Germany or globally. The school’s professional network and company partnerships create pathways to consultancy and corporate projects, helping you build contacts and a portfolio of applied work alongside your academic studies.
Requirements (check the school’s admissions page for details)
This Master's curriculum blends a solid foundation of core coursework with advanced, specialised tracks so you can build both broad managerial insight and in-depth expertise in specific areas of business administration. The program balances theory and up‑to‑date practice to prepare you for the evolving demands of management roles.
Practical learning is central: the curriculum includes internships and hands‑on company or consultancy projects that let you apply classroom concepts to real organisational challenges. These work opportunities are facilitated by a broad international professional network, helping you connect with employers and industry practitioners.
On completion you will have strengthened your analytical and decision‑making abilities, gained specialised knowledge through elective specialisations, and accumulated real‑world experience that enhances employability and readiness for leadership or consultancy roles.
Key modules and learning outcomes
To be considered for admission you must hold a first university degree (Bachelor’s or Diploma) worth at least 180 ECTS credits — this is typically equivalent to a three‑year undergraduate program. If your degree was completed outside the ECTS system, it should be recognized as comparable by the admissions office.
You must also demonstrate a high level of English in both writing and speaking; specific accepted tests and minimum scores are provided on the program’s admissions webpage. In addition, applicants are required to submit either a valid GMAT or GRE score, or to take the Frankfurt School Admission Test (BT Methods). Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an admissions interview, which assesses academic preparedness, motivation and suitability for the program.
