This English‑taught MSc programme prepares ambitious, innovative thinkers for careers across the real estate sector. It combines practical and theoretical training to build the tools you need to succeed in a variety of real estate settings — from financial institutions to advisory practices and corporate real estate teams.
The curriculum emphasizes specialised areas such as property development, real estate investment and asset management, while developing rigorous technical and analytical skills. You will learn to tackle both current industry issues and emerging challenges in real estate finance and development, equipping you to perform in a fast‑moving, global market.
Frankfurt’s status as a major financial centre adds practical relevance for international students seeking exposure to banking, advisory and corporate employers. Being taught in English makes the programme accessible to an international cohort and supports career mobility across borders.
You should hold a first academic degree (Bachelor’s or Diploma) with a minimum of 180 ECTS credits and demonstrate excellent written and spoken English. As part of admissions you must submit a valid GMAT or GRE score, or alternatively take the Frankfurt School Admission Test (BT Methods). A successful admissions interview is also required, and an application fee of 100 EUR applies.
For applicants from non-ECTS systems, check equivalency of your degree with the admissions office. Note that the BT Methods test may be taken only once. All documents listed below are required to complete your application, but you do not have to upload everything at the same time.
