This full-time MBA is designed for professionals with at least three years of post-graduate work experience who want to deepen their leadership capabilities and prepare for international management roles. The curriculum concentrates on the key challenges faced by companies operating across borders, combining foundational management theory with current, practice-oriented topics.
The program is organised in three stages. The first stage builds core management skills; the second stage allows students to specialise through electives on contemporary business themes; and the third stage gives participants the opportunity to apply methods and tools in a company project. Core subject areas covered include Finance, Strategy, Economics, Human Resources, Business Information Systems, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain Management.
Practical and career-focused elements are embedded throughout: soft-skills training, career coaching, international study visits, guest lectures and company visits form integral parts of the experience. A range of elective tracks lets you tailor the MBA toward your interests and the demands of today’s business environment.
Requirements and key facts
This full-time, 15-month MBA is organised into three consecutive semesters and awards a total of 90 ECTS. The academic year begins in September: the first semester (September–January) and second semester (February–June) concentrate on core taught modules, with the second semester also offering elective options to personalise your studies. The third semester (July–November) is dedicated to a master’s thesis carried out as a company project, giving you the opportunity to apply what you’ve learned in a practical, workplace setting.
Core modules deliver the essential foundations of business administration while electives let you tailor the degree to your career goals. A prominent emphasis on soft skills runs throughout the programme: intensive leadership and personal-development seminars take place in both the first and second semesters to strengthen managerial presence, communication, and team leadership. The final company-based thesis develops your skills in applied research, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement by tackling a real organisational challenge.
This full-time MBA is aimed at candidates who already hold a completed university degree and who bring several years of professional experience. The program expects students to have both the academic foundation and practical work exposure that support MBA-level study and classroom contributions.
For international applicants, make sure your prior degree is recognized by the university and be ready to document your academic credentials and career history. In practice you will typically submit transcripts, a CV and employer references or work certificates to verify that your experience was obtained after graduation.
