Overview This master’s programme strengthens and broadens your intercultural competence across core areas such as communication, moderation and conflict management, marketing, human resources and organisational management. The curriculum links theoretical foundations with practical application so you learn both the concepts and how to implement them in real-world contexts.
Specialisations You choose one of four specialist tracks to tailor your professional profile: a business-administration route aimed at corporate careers; an intercultural project management path that lets you deepen a language of your choice alongside project skills; a digital workplace specialisation focusing on digitalisation and modern work environments; or an intercultural leadership stream designed to build leadership capacity for managing culturally diverse teams. Throughout the programme, language and intercultural awareness are treated as central components.
Why this is relevant for international students Graduates gain transferable skills valued across sectors—consulting, HR, marketing, project management, organisational development and international business—where effective cross-cultural communication and conflict resolution are essential. The mix of theory and practice prepares you to navigate multicultural workplaces and to apply intercultural strategies in both face-to-face and digital settings.
