This full-time, English-taught Master's programme prepares you to become a start-up founder, entrepreneurial manager or change-maker who places sustainability at the centre of economic activity. The curriculum promotes an entrepreneurial approach that goes beyond profit maximisation and trains you to develop sustainable economic solutions for complex contemporary challenges.
The programme is interdisciplinary: you will study management, entrepreneurship, finance, information systems, psychology and organisational sociology, combining theory with practice and individual reflection with collaborative learning. There is also an optional study visit that can be integrated with partner institutions (double degree options with Cranfield University and the University of Glasgow), allowing you to earn a further Master's qualification if you choose this route.
The programme is organised around five complementary tracks that together build entrepreneurial, managerial and research competencies:
Learning outcomes include the ability to design and manage sustainable ventures, apply multidisciplinary analytical tools, conduct empirical research, and work collaboratively on real-world projects. An optional double-degree/study visit with partner universities (Cranfield University and University of Glasgow) is available for students seeking an additional international qualification.

Winter Semester (EU/EEA)

Graduates are prepared for careers as founders of start-ups, entrepreneurial managers within organisations, consultants focused on innovation and sustainability, or for research roles that require solid empirical and theoretical skills. The mix of practical capstone projects, elective specialisations and research training equips you to work across sectors — private, public and non‑profit — where sustainable business models and innovation are priorities.
If you choose the double degree option or take advantage of exchange opportunities, you also gain international experience and credentials that can strengthen applications for positions in multinational companies, international incubators, or for doctoral studies.
