Overview
This program trains students to think differently and spot opportunities for innovation at a global scale. You will learn to identify and drive digital transformation initiatives across international organisations and to go beyond managing change — actively shaping it. Practical teamwork is central: cohort work on a team project guides ideas from conception through scalable development toward market maturity.
The course leverages an international network and a community of entrepreneurs and founders, so you can exchange ideas and explore global action while benefiting from real-world perspectives. Teaching and hands-on experience take place in dedicated start-up, digital and research labs, providing in-depth preparation. The program also emphasises research methods, equipping graduates with skills that make them attractive as young researchers in digital transformation and global entrepreneurship.
Requirements
This MSc curriculum combines entrepreneurship with digital transformation, guiding you from trend scouting and ideation to implementation and strategic scaling. In the first semester you'll study modules such as Entrepreneurial Trend and Technology Scouting, Entrepreneurial Ideation and Prototyping, Digital Transformation and Entrepreneurship, Digital Business Models and Approaches, Applied Data Digitalisation, and a Systematic Literature Review — building foundational skills in spotting opportunities, prototyping digital solutions, and grounding projects in academic research. The program balances creative, business-model thinking with early-stage data and technology literacy so you can translate ideas into viable digital ventures.
In the second and third semesters the focus shifts to international exposure, finance, disruptive technologies, implementation, and final research. Core second-semester modules include an International Start-up Tour (excursion), International Strategic Management, Entrepreneurial Funding and Finance, Disruptive Technologies, Digital Implementation, and Quantitative Research Methods, which prepare you to operate startups and digital projects across borders and to secure and manage capital. The final semester concentrates on Strategic Brand Management, an Elective to deepen a chosen area, and the Master's Thesis with an accompanying seminar, where you apply research methods and industry learning to a substantial, original project.

Graduates are prepared for roles at the intersection of technology and business: entrepreneurship (founder/co-founder), innovation or digital transformation roles within companies, and positions related to digital strategy, product development or venture financing. The programme’s practical projects and funding/finance module equip students to contribute to or launch scalable ventures.
The emphasis on research methods and a Master’s thesis also opens pathways into applied research or further academic study. The international orientation and network support careers with global reach, whether in start-ups, established firms, consultancies or research organisations.
