This English-language Master's program takes an integrated, practice-oriented approach to international management, combining core business disciplines with specialized modules on global value chains, finance, and sustainability. You will study accounting, managerial and quantitative finance, and managerial economics alongside general management, strategy and project management. The curriculum emphasizes real-world application through case studies, simulations and project work, and includes courses that address intercultural competence and international business law—preparing you to operate across borders and functions.
The course sequence covers the end-to-end value chain—from marketing, supply chain and purchasing to international reporting and control—while also exploring international human resource management and corporate strategic planning. Sustainability and international trade are addressed explicitly, and there is scope to tailor your studies through an elective drawn from topics such as supply chain management, business analytics and AI, sustainability management, entrepreneurship and social innovation. The program concludes with a preparatory seminar and a Master’s thesis that let you synthesize learning and demonstrate subject-matter expertise.

This structure gives international students a broad, practice-led foundation in business administration with options to specialise in areas relevant to global careers—finance, supply chain, sustainability, analytics or entrepreneurship—while completing a research-based Master’s thesis.
This program uses interactive teaching methods—case studies, team exercises and company excursions—to build practical international management skills. In the first semester you cover foundational topics such as Accounting, Quantitative Finance, General Management, Managing Projects and Organisations, and Value Chain Management, giving you the analytical and operational base needed for complex business environments.
The second semester shifts to explicitly international themes: International Business & Management, International Financial Resources, International Value Chain Management and Managerial Economics, alongside a Preparatory Seminar for the Master’s thesis and elective options to tailor your studies. The final semester focuses on Sustainable International Trade, Business Strategy Cases and International Business Law, plus another elective before you complete the Master’s thesis, which consolidates research and applied project work.
Overall the curriculum is designed to develop quantitative and strategic decision‑making, cross‑border value‑chain understanding, project leadership and legal awareness for international business. Practical exercises and company visits reinforce classroom learning and prepare you for roles in multinational firms, consultancy, finance, supply‑chain management and policy-related positions.
