Curriculum overview
This MBA in General Management is delivered as a tailored programme with two entry tracks and two pacing options. Applicants who already hold a business or management-related degree follow the MBA Business Background track, which moves directly into advanced management modules and can be completed in either an intensive mode (semesters 1–2) or a standard mode (semesters 1–3). Applicants from non-management disciplines (for example IT, architecture, engineering) enter the MBA Non‑Business Background track: they begin with a foundational semester covering core functional business subjects, a business simulation, and an introduction to case-study methods, then progress to the same advanced management modules. The Non‑Business track runs intensive (semesters 1–3) or standard (semesters 1–4).
Key modules and learning outcomes
Core modules for students without prior business training focus on fundamentals: core functional subjects in business, experiential learning via a business simulation, and structured introduction to case-study analysis. All students then move into the Advanced Studies package, which comprises the programme’s in-depth management courses (the detailed module descriptions are provided in the full module overview). Across both tracks students develop practical decision‑making skills through simulations and case work, gain a comprehensive understanding of core business functions, and build advanced management competencies required for leadership and strategic roles.
Requirements (concise)
This MBA welcomes applicants from any academic background, provided they bring professional experience and strong communication skills. You should have completed a first university degree and accumulated at least two years of full-time work experience after that degree. The admissions process also looks for clear evidence of English language ability and a convincing statement of motivation and overall fit for the program.
English proficiency can typically be shown through recognized language test results, a prior degree taught in English, or relevant work experience in English-speaking environments. Motivation and general suitability are assessed holistically — applicants usually demonstrate this through their CV, a motivation letter, references and sometimes an interview. The GMAT is not mandatory but is recommended; a competitive GMAT score can strengthen your application by showcasing quantitative and analytical skills.
