Overview
This English-taught MBA blends core business administration topics with the strategies and challenges of digital transformation. The program is aimed at preparing students for leadership roles across local, global and digital economies by combining theory with applied practice. Emphasis is placed on sustainable responsibility in economic development and on developing the skills needed to represent and grow organisations in international markets.
Instruction uses a blended-learning model that combines classroom teaching, guided self-study and online components. The curriculum is delivered over three semesters and includes two short-term study stays abroad, giving students direct international exposure alongside classroom learning. Graduates leave equipped with practical tools for managing digital change and for creating or expanding business in global markets.
Program facts and requirements
This curriculum prepares students to lead and innovate where business and digital technology intersect. In the first semester you build a strong managerial foundation with modules in Advanced Business Administration, Business Cultures, Business Ethics, Business Information Systems and Digital Business Models. A Study‑Abroad Module in semester one gives early international exposure and practical perspective on cross‑cultural business practices.
Semester two deepens analytical and leadership capabilities through Advanced Research Methods for Business Students, Leading and Managing in a Global Environment, Economic Geography, The Internet of Things and Analytics for Data‑Driven Decisions. A second Study‑Abroad Module expands global networks and allows you to apply digital strategies and data analytics in a different market context. The program emphasizes hands‑on use of information systems, data analytics and emerging technologies to solve real business problems.
The third semester is dedicated to independent research: Thesis Coaching guides your project work and you complete a Master’s Thesis that integrates academic rigour with practical relevance. Graduates will be able to formulate and investigate complex business questions, design digital business models, and lead data‑informed initiatives in international organisations.

If you’d prefer, I can draft a general, commonly accepted set of MBA admission requirements for international students in Germany—tell me if that’s okay.
